Use of PPE
Even though this is the last resort in our risk management, we ensure all our team members have the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and understand how to use it correctly.
Incident Reporting
Our incident management procedure outlines the steps to be taken for handling and resolving all incidents in an organized manner for all exploration and mining operations. We encourage immediate reporting of any unsafe conditions, acts or incidents to continually improve our safety practices. Azumah Resources embraces a 'no fault/ blame' culture – one in which employees have the freedom to make mistakes and errors. These human frailties provide evidence of system failure and are the lessons we learn from to build better system defences. That not withstanding a violation of company rules, regulations and code of ethics leading to an incident will attract all consequences stipulated by Human Resource (HR).
